[Plugin: Slick Social Share Buttons] [PATCH] Fix for WPMU

Hi Lee,
The attached patches fix both slick-social-share-buttons and social-network-tabs to work properly with WPMU.

social-network-tabs: https://pastebin.com/0PLhJj50The problem is they rely on WP_PLUGIN_URL instead of plugins_url(), the later being WPMU safe.
