[Plugin: Simply Exclude] – Not working with 3.1

  • Version 1.7.9.1 doesn’t seem to work with WordPress 3.1 for me. Simply put, on my site (https://nmpolitics.net) I set categories that run in the right column on the home page to not also run in the center (primary) column… but now they are running both places. So the plug in that is supposed to exclude categories is no longer excluding them.

    Update- OK, I just realized only posts that have already fallen out of the right column on the page (are too old to appear there) are appearing in the center column. That means what’s happening is that WordPress 3.1 is now counting posts that run in that right column using the plug in Alkivia SidePosts as being on the front page. WordPress didn’t used to do that.
