[Plugin: SimpleModal Contact Form (SMCF)] CONTACT FORM DOESN'T WORK

    Hello!
    I need help with the plugin, I tried to do that by differtent ways, and It does not work.

    I did the folowings steps:

    1. I “Activate” the “SimpleModal Contact Form (SMCF)” (worpress – plugins – add new – SimpleModal Contact Form – active)

    1. I set the desired options (Admin Dashboard > Settings > SimpleModal Contact Form)

    2. I created a new page called: Contact

    3. I DON’T KNOW HOW CAN ENABLE ON MY WEBSITE SMCF.

    PLEASE HELP!!!! I’VE SPENT A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO DO THAT!!!

    I just used your plugin I found impeccable. I would like to know if There’s possibility to assign a link directly to a category page or a menu without using custom menu
