[Plugin: SimpleMap] Submit location data from user side

Greetings, this is an exciting plugin to find! Thanks for all the hardwork.

I’m not sure if this is a premium support question or not, but here it goes.

What we’re looking to do is to setup a carpooling solution for our creative arts high school.

Is it possible to have a published front side form (for user/world & not admin) that can be filled out; Name, Address, Phone, Email, and once it’s submitted then it dynamically updates the map with the new data?

That way parents can: log in, fill out the form with their information, then see the map info and can make connections for carpooling based off of the proximity.
