[Plugin: SimpleMap Store Locator] Does not work!

We have installed this plugin and imported all data. Locations have been populated with all geo data (98 locations in total)
When we run the search (https://79.170.44.78/nucleotidenutrition.com/store-locator/) no results are shown.
We use our address to search from (127 Station Road, Bamber Bridge, Lancashire, PR5 6QS) with a search distance of 500miles (which is more than enough on our tiny island)… and still no results.
What are we doing wrong?
