[Plugin: Simple URLs] Not working with modified P2/GTD theme

Hi there, for whatever reason it doesn’t seem to be working with my custom modified P2 theme / GTD templatic.
Example:
https://p2reloaded.com/go/beta/The plugin installs and activates without errors.
