[Plugin: Simple Taxonomies] more examples?

Hello there. I recently came across this plugin and it looks interesting, but I was wondering if you could provide (or point me to) some real-world examples of this ‘simple-taxonomies’ in use.

I just cant think of any real uses for it. Please, help me out.
