[Plugin: Simple Tags] How do I remove this little image next to Tags

Hello,

I am currently testing out Simple Tags Beta 9, and can’t get this little chicklet, or small bullet type image to go away, which appears in my post, immediately following the tagged text.

Can someone please tell me A. what it is, and B. how to remove it. Thanks!
