[Plugin: Simple Tags] German Translation File reworked

First of all, this Plugin is awesome, thx for it.

Here the reason for this topic: Version 1.5.7 contains a german translation file. Sadly it is not translated fully and with many mistakes. I reworked the german translation files now and it can downloaded in my Blog. I hope I could help improving the plugin by this ??
