[Plugin: Simple Tags] Custom post tags not an option in widget?

Hi,

Great plugin for managing tags!
However, my themes custom tags show up in the editor, it’s not an option when i want to insert a tag cloud… Any thoughts?

I am using the Press Portfolio theme.
