[Plugin: Simple Social Sharing] Head of post instead of footer?

I’d like the share buttons to be at the head of the post (based on the design on the blog.. they are the top right corner) instead of the footer.

I can style them fine, but how do I change where they are rendered?

Sorry, I’m front end and know little php.
