  • If you have any kind of broken JavaScript from any other plugins – it may affect the mortgage calculator. Or it may simply conflict with some other plugin. Try de-activating other plugins and see which one affects the mortgage calculator.

Thanks for the response. I found out that one the plugin does interfere with it but how do I go about finding the error in that plugin?

Well, usually I would use a Firefox browser with the Firebug extension for it. Firebug will show the error. Also, red round icon with exclamation point will appear in the upper right corner of the browser’s menu panel – if you click on it, it should give you details on the error. Internet Explorer sometimes can output an error – usually there is an icon in the left bottom corner of the browser (the status panel) – click on it and it should give you some details as well.

I mark this thread as “resolved” since the error doesn’t seem to be related to this particular plugin.

Same issue. I deactivated my plugins, and still the calculators would not work. I have them all on one page. Does that affect functionality?

Hi there! I’m out of town for a conference this whole week. I’ll be back in the office next week and will look into the issue. Thanks for your patience!
