[Plugin: Simple Preview] Add option for default behavior -> "Allow Anonymous Preview"

    I believe an option to always allow anonymous preview by default would be very useful nowadays. That is because of post-scheduling in social networks, where a preview would be very useful.

    Also, I’ve found a bug:

    if a post is scheduled, that post loses its “Allow anonymous preview” status — you have to re-click to enable it, and save/update.
