    Hello,

    the plugin is what I was looking for, because it is the first one working with Super Cache. However the statistics of most viewed shall be included in next version to make it PERFECT. It would be great to show a list of top 10 viewed in last 7 days.

    Also – when I past the code to index template, the counter adds views for all listed posts at once.

    Thank you
    M.

    Hi External11,

    Thank you for reporting the issue,

    We will most certainly keep this in mind. Our major update will have some great extended functionality.

    Quick question (silly one) hehe, but why are you adding the code to your index?

    Hello,

    I want to show number of views in the category view and also on index page.

    I am using your plugin on following site:

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi External11,

    Really cool site you have going on there ??

    Okay, this plugin was specifically made for use on individual posts only – (in counting and displaying the total views for each given post inline with your post meta – throughout your site).

    The reason for the counter populating views for all posts when placed in the index file is simply because the plugin works directly with what is given from the post_id in your db.

    Regarding the category views .. you need to count the total views for EACH post in the specified category, and then echo it to your category (similar to the individual post view meta) ??

    We will definitely look at having the additional functionality added to our major update.

    My apologies for the ‘let down’

    Regards

    It would be really great to have 3 php codes: one to insert to a post, which will count up views, second one just for showing the views (without counting them) and a third one showing a list of top viewed posts (in this case it would be perfect to be able to specify number of posts, and for how many recent days would it count). Just some development ideas…

    there is a variable to sort by views?

    orderby = view
    order = view
    $ GET?

    Thanks

    Any solutions of counting all articles from the main page with every reload?
