[Plugin: Simple PopUp] Free version Works but Premium Version doesn;t

    I installed and ran the free version of Simple Popup and it woorked fine until I closed the window. Then I didn’t work until I cleared the cache and cookies.

    I paid for and downloaded and installed the premium version and it never worked at all – no popup appears no matter what I tried.

    Still waiting to hear from support.

    Also note that the current free version is supposed to be 1.6.8 but when you download it you get 1.6.4.

    I contacted the developer and was sent new version of the Simple Popup Plus which is now working properly.

    Muneeb was quick to respond and I was able to resolve all issues.

    My only concern is that the versions available here are not as described. It should not be necessary to have to contact plugin developers to get their plugins to work.I think they need to work when you install them the first time.

    I do thank Muneeb for responding and resolving the issue.
