[Plugin: Simple Mathjax] Load JS only on pages where maths is used?

Very nice little plugin ??
One small request — is it possible (or intended) to tweak the plugin so that it loads the MathJax JS library etc. only on a page that actually contains an equation? This would be a useful little enhancement given the size of the library.
