[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] My save button in the SFC Settings menu has disappeared!

I just upgraded wordpress to 3.0, everything works fine. I installed the SFC plugin and followed the FB app instructions, copied all the API keys and IDs. And then, when I try to finalize it all, there is no Save Settings button in the SFC Settings menu. So I can’t do anything…how do I save the API info? Is there a) another way or b) a way to get the save button back?
