[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Loging into Facebook but not site

  • The facebook login button is logging into Facebook, but it isn’t logging into the site.

    I have disabled all other plugins and reactivated them one by one – no luck.

    Already registered users have to go to the admin menu via the url bar and back to the website in order to show they are logged in. I dont want users to see the admin screen, so a redirect isn’t an option.

    Help! ??

    Could you tell me how you fixed this problem? I have the same issue with actually ALL facebook plugins on my WP site. It logs into FB, but not to the WP site and I have no idea why..

    I actually visited your site and tried it and it worked for me, that’s how I know that you figured it out ??

    It seems like a temporary fix, but the plugin seems to think that the site is already generating a callback to facebook, so in the plugin file main.php where it calls the code (starting at line 196), I copied the else functions and pasted them in the if. This way it generates the code no matter what.

    The fix seems dirty, so I’m not marking it as resolved.
