[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Facebook Fan Page doesn't work

It doesn’t want the URL. It wants the ID number of your Fan Page. Just the digits. ??

Didn’t find that in the documentation but may have missed it somewhere. May be a good idea to note it there in the next update? Thanks again.

I have a similar issue trying to add the Page “name” as opposed to numbers. So since my page is https://www.facebook.com/DJBellyMusic , I was trying to enter “DJBellyMusic”.
Click save. Same thing as above. The entry disappears and nothing shows up.

Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, you’re doing something wrong. You’re trying to enter the page name as opposed to numbers. ??

You have to use the page ID number here. The name won’t work.

The number for that FB Page is 110982602258771.

I understood the trick for finding that number!!! Naturally after having tried to plug in the “Name” for half an evening. Then I spent the second part trying to locate that darn number. (Did I mention I’m not really a programer?)
Finally when I clicked on Edit Page on my Facebook Fan Page the number showed up as part of the link url!!!

I just thought I’d mention it here in case someone else can’t find it. =)

go to your profile picture and see the URL the ID= is your facebook ID
or albums. the same thing
