    Hi Otto,

Thanks for your brilliant plug-in. Have you seen this ?

“Commenting Now Enabled with IFrame Version

Now, when a user adds a comment to the iFrame version of the Like button, a larger, more prominent story will be shared with the user’s friends. In the past, we’ve seen comments result in increased distribution and referral traffic. To enable this feature, ensure that you are using layout=”standard” and the width of the button is at least 450 pixels. Take a look at this example.”

Where can we change this ? Will you include it in the next version of the plugin ?
Are there new features planned in the next release (like commenting or recommendations ?) ?

    Thanks for your reply

answering to myself : just changed the width to 450 with the plugin editor in the sfc like plugin.

Would be great to see this in the admin configuration panel in the next release.

Trunk code already has this change. ??

Tip: If you want to see user pictures also, change the height to 65. It only shows your friends pics if they also liked it, but still..

    GREAT Otto !!
So we will be able to select this in the admin panel ? Amazing !

    3 more questions :
    – Have you succeeded in exporting & displaying the comments posted on facebook back into wordpress ?
    – Do you know if we can push the content also into facebook wall of users registered, or into a tab of the application ?
    – Any idea if this will be integrated in a future version ? https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/comments https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/recommendations

Thanks for your amazing work !

No, I didn’t put it in the admin. I just changed the default to 450/65. I figure most people would want it that way anyway. You can still edit the defaults by editing the plugin code.

    – Comments: Yes and no. I know how to do it and it can be done, but it’ll take a rework of the whole plugin to be effective.

    – Content push: Yes, that can be done. The comments plugin will eventually get a rework.

    – FB Comments box: I have no plans to support that. That basically replaces your comments and puts them onto FB entirely. Kinda don’t want that.

    – FB Recommendation box: Easy enough to do, but haven’t done it yet.
