[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Connect with Facebook button gone

Hi. I have browsed through all of the topics, but I cant figure out why my Connect with Facebook-button don’t show up. I’ve used the plugin flawlessly on other sites, but I can’t figure this out.

It works fine with the dafault theme, but when I activate the “Cadenza” theme the button disappears.The theme is updated and should work fine with 3.0 i believe, so there should be no need for the FAQ-workaround?
