[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] Adding Recent activities and Fan box manually into Sidebar

The plugin was wonderfully working on my old template…but had to switch the template for some reasons…this template does not have widget support…so i have to manually add them into sidebar.php
I was able to add other things but m not able to add things that i had used plugins for like the “Recent Activity” box and the Like box..

Is there any code that i can find and add directly to sidebar.php??
