[Plugin: Simple Facebook Connect] How to remove Facebook Like & Share from Pages

I’m looking for a way to disable the Facebook Like & Share button from appearing on the pages, but staying on the posts. (i.e., I don’t want it on my About page.)

Is there a custom code I can add that will remove it from pages?
