[Plugin: Simple Event Attendance (SEATT)] All page text placed after call to plugin

When using this plugin on a page, all text before and after short code (tag) is displayed after the signup form for SEATT. Plugin ignores entered page layout regardless of div or table use. Also – the form miss-aligns partially next to the list of registered users displayed in a table.
