[Plugin: Simple Contact Form Revisited Widget] Updating Jquery tools.js file

Hello,
I am using this plugin on my theme and i would like to update the jquery.tools.min.js file to the latest version. I went onto their website (https://flowplayer.org/tools/) and chose the build with the dateinput, rangeinput, validator selections however it breaks the plugin.
I am asking this because i have another plugin that uses the current version 1.2.7 and it get’s loaded twice.
