[Plugin: Simple Contact Form Revisited Widget] Show which contact form has been used

Hey!

I love this plugin, it’s dead simple to use and does exactly what I need. I use it across almost all of my sites.

I was just wondering if it would be possible to include something on the next update – on one of my sites in particular I have contact boxes on many different pages across the site.

In the email that gets sent from the contact box, would it be possible to add the address of the page from which it was sent into the info at the top?
