[Plugin: Simple Archive Generator] Blows whole page

I’m not sure when this died, I’ve had it quite a while and loved how it worked. For the last few days though all it does is cause the page to bomb. I’ve tried reinstalling and tried it on a different page but nothing seems to work. I finally gave up and just have the categories in a list :(.
