[Plugin: Simple Ajax Shoutbox] Only Registered Users Allowed

I can’t seem to get this to work. I have it installed but when people go to post it says “Only Registered Users Allowed”. People are signed in on the forum but for some reason it is not working. Any clue what can be wrong?
