[Plugin: Simple Ads Manager] Rotate without page refresh

Hello,
I have set up a couple of ad places with several ads in each. I see that they are rotating when the page is refreshed, if the user clicks to another page… however I would like to have the ads rotate at 3-5 second interval.
Is there functionality for this? Or a way to add javascript to enable auto rotation?Thanks!
