[Plugin: Simple 301 Redirects] Doesn't redirect

    I just took over a site from someone else. They have Simple 301 Redirects installed and activated, but none of the redirects in the plug-in are working. From the looks of it, the address are formatted correctly.

    This may or not be relevant to my problem, but the .htaccess also has a list of 301 redirects that were, I am assuming, manually entered.

    I’m not even sure where to begin troubleshooting this. Any advice?
