• I can make Sideblog put the title and link to certain posts on my sidebar (the posts under category “Asides”).

But then, these posts are removed from the front page. I would like them to stay there as well.

    How can I achieve this?

    Thanks!

  • Have you tried miniposts? It’s similar to Sideblog, but it pulls the comments out into your sidebar. It may be closer to what you want.

    Hey e —
I tried it, but it stopped working from some strange reason.

In one post, I checked the “Post as Minipost” box and updated. The title appeared on the sidebar.

Then on another post, I did the same procedure but the checkbox did not stick. Even after updating several times, the page would come back with the checkbox empty — and the title would not appear on the sidebar.

    Any ideas?

    Hmm. I’ll look at that.

Try one of the earlier versions. I think I introduced that bug in 0.6.8.

I’ve fixed that problem. Try version 0.6.9.
