  • Please check the php version of your server and check the server requirement regarding wp 3.4.1.

    Phew,

I was having the same problem–I thought maybe it was just me. Guess I’ll use version 2.3.2 until this gets fixed.

I am using WP 3.4.2 and PHP 5.3.13. The 2.4 form was working fine up until this morning when I updated WordPress Super Cache to 1.2. Don’t know how that would have anything to do with it but that’s the only change I made between last night when the form did work and today. I hope this can get fixed soon but because people need to be able to log on, guess I’ll go back to an earlier version of the form and try that.

Nope. Version 2.3.3 gave me a pink box above the form that said “undefined”. Version 2.3.2 refreshed the page and added https://wyciwyg://0/ in front of the URL for the page and gave me a blank Web page. I deleted the https://wyciwyg://0/ and reloaded the page and I was logged on. OK for me to do but not for users.

I deactivated this plugin and deleted it. Then I moved the WordPress Meta widget in. But the Sidebar Login form still shows and still grays out when used. When I hover over the Login button, the status says /wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=xxxxxxx
Perhaps this is the problem? It is logging out as we are logging in?

A “normal” login works fine for me with WP 3.4.2 and SL 2.4.

I am able to reproduce the problem if I go to my site, login, press the browser’s “back” button and try to login again (not having logged out before).
