I am running the latest versions of both WordPress (2.8.6) and Sidebar Login (2.2.7). Everything seems to work perfect (Dashboard/Profile/Register links, avatar displays). The only problem I seem to be having is when trying to login using Sidebar Login. After inputting the Username/Password fields and clicking the “Login” button, the page seems to refresh and return without actually logging in, still displaying the Username/Password menu.

Anyone else having this problem, and/or is there any way to resolve this? I really like the plugin by the way, I just need to get this bug worked out! Thanks a lot!

I can log in just fine through the default /wp-login.php portal. For some reason the Sidebar Login doesn’t seem to be working. Is there any scripting I can do to maybe re-link the “Login” button on the Sidebar to have the same action as the login on the standard /wp-login.php? I don’t understand why it wouldn’t work by default, but apparently something is wrong. Doh!

I am seeing the same behavior – it always has a message that cookies need to be enabled. They are enabled. Have seen this on multiple computers with multiple browsers.

I got this problem now too.

On my localhost testserver I didn’t had this problem but now I moved to a server and it isn’t working anymore.

Is there a resolution yet for this problem?
