[Plugin: Sidebar Login] How to add text or box to tick for registering

Hello,
I use this plugin and it is very good but i have one problem. I would like to add a text or a box(square) to tick f.e. I agree to.. or By registering you accept the rules… I would like to add this over the “register” button. I have a translated plugin and I can’t find a place to add the text and no clue how to add a box which is neccesary to tick in order to register. Thank you for your help and sorry for my language.
