[Plugin: Sidebar Login] Adding login and logout text underneath headers

The plugin works nicely, thanks for the hard work.
I just wondered if there is the possibility to add a description between the heading and the form fields within the plugin for the login and the logout states?
If you believe that this would be a useful addition, we don’t mind making the necessary changes to the repo on github for you to approve.
