[Plugin: Side Menu] Is there a Collapsible child links for Side Menu Plugin

I am looking to have a side menu on my website with the parent and child links. I would like to have the child links collapsed on first site with the ability to open and collapse each parent link. I cannot find anything online on how do this, so I must resort to a plugin. I have basic wordpress so I cannot add CSS.
