[Plugin: SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam] Si Captcha not working for Multisite 3.3.1

I can’t seem to be able to access the settings panel for Si Captcha. I followed the installation instructions to activated globally on WPMU / BuddyPress I get the following error:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
Has anyone gotten this to work with multisite on 3.3.1?
