Plugin shows zero traffic

  • Hello,
    Is there something I need to activate after installation so the plugin starts measuring traffic?
    My plugin shows zero traffic when in fact there is traffic. Other plugins shows traffic. The other plugins – such as ExactMetrics – are connected to my Google Analytics account.
    I think this plugin does not not use Google Analytics.
    It works fine on my other website. But shows zero traffic on this Farsi language website.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I hope this email finds you well.

    You should check some matters:
    1- Check the plugin settings and make sure the plugin is configured correctly. You can compare them with your other website.

    2- Check the following file and contact me if you see any error messages:
    wp-content / uploads / wp-statistics / debug.log

    3- Enable the following option, if you use any cache plugins:
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Cache Compatibility

    Many thanks for your response.
    1. As far as I can tell, their settings are identical (although the installation with this issue is in Farsi language and I cannot change it to English. There is no setting in plugin to change language and my profile is already set to english. Apparently this is a known issue discussed in another support post).
    2. My debug.log is empty. Is that how it’s supposed to be?
    3. I use LiteSpeed Cache. Cache compatibility is enabled.

    Actually there is this one line in debug.log:

    2022-10-11 12:36:09: Duplicate entry '2022-10-12' for key 'unique_date'
