Plugin shows updated needed but will not update

Hi, my copy of Wp fastest cache keeps saying it needs updating

When i click update, it does it and then rolls back again

It will not update!

have cleared cache but that did not help.

It also says it will not work my version of wordpress (which is the latest version!)

Any ideas?
