I have an active woocommerce site with multiple abandoned carts, yet the plugin shows no orders, no recoverable revenue (0 for everything) for every available date range. I can’t seem to find any setting to actually enable it – it was installed automatically by CartFlows so should be working?

    Hello @gethuan,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This may cause due to disabled cron. Have you disabled your cron from your side? If yes, then you need to add it from Cpanel.

If you still facing the same issue then please open a support ticket here.

    Thank You!

    Hello,

I’m having exactly the same issue. Orders are created directly on my Cart page without proceeding to checkout. A new order is created and marked as “pending payment”, but I’m not seeing any of these unfinished purchases on the Recoverable orders page, and none of the e-mails get sent.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello @lbandy,

Plugin captures the email address from the woocommerce checkout page, and if a customer left the cart, then order mark it as a recoverable.

If an order is created on the Cart page, then the plugin can’t capture the email and other data to mark as recoverable and send the emails.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thank You!

    Hi there,

In our shop, we don’t allow guest checkouts, only registered users can start a purchase. When such a purchase is started, a pending order is created with all the details (name + e-mail address) in Woocommerce, but if for some reason the purchase is not finished (eg. the customer doesn’t pay using Paypal), we can consider the cart abandoned. We are looking to capture these cart and send automatic e-mails to such users.

Since the order is already placed, just doesn’t get registered as a recoverable cart, I assume it should be fairly easy to accomodate for such cases, and fetch the relevant tables from Woocommerce?

    Thank you!

    Hello @lbandy,

Thank you for the detailed information.

Sorry for the inconvenience, The plugin does not capture the emails in the scenario that you have shared.
But it is a great idea we will look into it.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

    Thank You for your suggestion.

Thank you for your response. Do you think this could be added in the future? If so, can you give an ETA on this? If not, I’d look into doing some code changes myself. Is there a hook provided by the plugin I can call when a new order is created to get it registered as recoverable?

    Thanks again!

    Hello @lbandy,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just to let you know that we don’t have ETA for this as we work on the priority-based task.

We have added this task in our development queue. We will work it on very soon.

Right now, we don’t have such a hook to make the order as recoverable.

If you have any questions, please feel free to open a support ticket here.

    Thank You!
