Plugin showing zero in counts

Hi, for some reason our share counters on wordpress (“simple share buttons” plugin) stopped working – it only shows zeroes in the posts. In addition (perhaps not related? but its still on the plugin settings page) every time I set the plugin “simple share buttons” to show that its related sharedcount account (which gets the data from facebook) to the “plus” account that we paid for there, it doesn’t “take” after saving, it reverts to “free”. Same with the API.
