Plugin Showing default/blank ride details

  • I have installed the Wp-Strava plugin and set up the Strava App details as instructed. When I create a page and embed the [ride id=nnnnn] it only displays a blank Strava ride i.e. A map of the world, with ride details all set to 0. Can you help point out where I may have gone wrong?

    I have the same problem with just seeing the world map.

    Have connected the api to strava webpage. All my tracks showes just fine on my posts. If I post others tracks it`s just showing the time, distance ect. and the map is only showing the world. Not the track.

    Is there a fix for this problem?
