[Plugin: Shout Stream] stream clipping

The stream starts out working well. But after 20 or 30 minutes it starts clipping. If I click stop and then start it will play fine for another 20 to 30 minutes. But If I just leave it the audio will clip about every 2 seconds. The stream works fine when I test it in my old web site but clips every time I use it with this plugin.
