    I created a simple shortcode with 2 attributes. The editor button shows up and so does the attribute dialog. The shortcode [do action… shows up in the content, but nothing renders on the page…

    I tried to turn off all plugins and that hasn’t resolved it either. I’ve also delected the custom shortcodes and started over – to no avail. help please.

  • Same problem here. Despite deactivating all plugins, using default wordpress themes, I don’t have any icons rendered in the “sort shortcodes page” (only able to see separators) and as well as in the MCE Editor.

    Too bad, I was very excited creating my interface till I was not able to find a button to click on ??

    Thanks in advance for your help, it seems I’m not the only here having this problem.

    @stefan Weise,

    Could you post a sample of the shortcode created?

    @sdepoilly,

    Make sure you are ticking the “Check to include a button to access this shortcode on the rich text editor.” to show the button on the editor and sort page.

    Kind regards!
