    After completing my first survey, I copied and pasted the shortcode into a block on a test page. When I view the page, nothing appears. Looking at the page source, I see this:

    <div class="userfeedback-survey-shortcode" data-survey-id="1">
         <div class="userfeedback-survey-container" data-id="1"></div>
    </div>

    …which indicates that the shortcode is being sent, but it contains nothing.

    I have tried this logged in as admin, not logged in, and in Incognito browser mode. Nothing is happening.

    It seems there may be an issue with how the blocks are parsing the shortcode, or it might be a configuration problem. Shortcode conflicts can occur due to incompatibilities with the block editor or incorrect placement within your content.

    Are you using WordPress default block editor or another plugin for that? And, when you added the shortcode, did it automatically take it as shortcode or were there any error messages or unexpected behavior?

    Hello Neer,

    Thank you for your quick response. I am using the default block editor. There was no error message, no sign that anything was wrong. It’s just not showing up.

    It seems I can try out the plugin for free before signing up. Is this still the case?

    Hi @perryjgorelik,

    Our team took another look at things and we noticed there are some console errors at https://cblcc.acf.hhs.gov/test/ that may be conflicting with UserFeedback scripts.

    Would you be able to try resolving those errors and seeing if that helps with the UserFeedback survey via shortcode afterward?
