    Hello,

Installed shortcode-exec-php now i cannot create a new page; i also cannot find the shortcode-exec-php dashboard.

I have deactivated and i can create a page again. I have uninstalled and deleted the plugin and reinstalled it to no avail.

    Please advise.

You can find the dashboard in the settings menu, look for the sub-menu ‘Shortcode Exec PHP’.

I don’t see how the plug-in could prevent creating pages (or posts), except maybe due to conflicts with other plug-ins (not very likely) or maybe insufficient memory. What exactly are you experiencing? Can you go to the ‘Add New’ page? And if so, what happens when you try to publish the page?

There is no sub-menu in the Setting box where i would expect it to be.

Opening the edit page is fine, i get the normal left hand WP menu and Update section on the right but nothing in the middle.

If i disable the plugin everything is fine.

I have since renamed the pluging folder and replaced it with a local copy of the plugins, i have activated just this plugin and have the same issues. All other plugins work fine.

Do you have the ‘manage_options’ capability? This is required to see the settings menu. Maybe you can try to go directly to the settings using this link: https://your.domain.here/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=shortcode-exec-php/shortcode-exec-php.php

If you send me your login details (preferable including FTP login details) using the contact page (https://blog.bokhorst.biz/contact/), I am happy to take a look what is exactly happening.

Are you using a multi-site installation?

I have one hosting server with two database.

One database has two set of WP prefix accordingly, WP is installed for every site hosted.

Okay, but you don’t have one WordPress install with more than one site, because in that case the plugin menu will appears only for the Super Administrator (capability ‘manage_network’) in the Dashboard menu (top left).

Corrent, one site, one WP installation.
