    Hi Barry.

    I noticed Cart and Checkout pages are still coming up with the empty page name in the title tag. Similar to how Category pages used to display.

    Is there an easy fix for this? Or, any plans to implement the same fix for Cart and Checkout pages?

    In terms of SEO, they don’t necessarily need to be 100% customizable, however the lack of any page title at all is a concern.

    Also a quick thank you for creating this plug-in. Shopp’s lack of integration with WordPress SEO was always an annoyance, so it’s been a huge help.

    Hi Jason – glad to hear it’s been useful ?? Unfortunately you’re right; with WP SEO activated the page titles for things like the Cart, Checkout and Account pages are not visible.

    It’s possible that Shopp SEO Glue could be extended to repair this – and it would probably be pretty nice to be able to exercise some amount of further control over these pages even if it isn’t absolutely critical to do so – it would be good to hear the opinion of an SEO expert here.

    As a sidenote, this would seem to dovetail with this bug report over on the Shopp bug tracker: the affected pages are the same as detailed there and although the symptoms are different the root cause is probably the same.

    Clif did post a workaround in the same report … I’ve no idea if that would play nicely with WP SEO or not but you could always try it out and let us know the outcome here ??

    Going to mark this as resolved since there’s been no follow up.

    Should anyone want to sponsor an extension that would allow SEO coverage for Shopp virtual pages (like the cart, checkout, account pages etc) then feel free to get in touch.
