• From a frest install of wordpress 3.0.1 with no other plugin enabled I downloaded the latest available shibboleth plugin using the wp dashboard but the second I enable the plug in I get this error message and can’t access my wordpress anymore

    Authorization Required

I can reproduce the error using the versions listed as i deleted the entire web account and created with a new account but still encountered the same error above when I enabled the shibboleth plugin

I suspect the plug changes the .htaccess file but thats only a guess. I didn’t see or get prompted to configure Shibboleth before enabling it

    # BEGIN WordPress

    # END WordPress

    # BEGIN Shibboleth
    AuthType Shibboleth
    Require Shibboleth
    # END Shibboleth

Am using the plugin Version 1.4 and can’t figure out how to configure the settings before shibboleth authentication takes over.

Currently there is only the admin account on the site

Should also point out the site is hosted in a Cpanel based host
