  • Hi,

I’m not sure if this is the same problem or not but the “share” button which hides/contains the sub-button tht you don’t want to appear on their own on your site, does not work. It does not show up.

I.e. I want it so twitter and facebook buttons are on show, and then I want the share button next to them, containing all of the other buttons. This share button does not appear even though I (think) I have told it to on my dashboard.

I have also installed the latest version of sharedaddy.

    Please help.

    My site is https://www.mycfs.me

Thomas, Press This only appears on a multisite blog – it doesn’t make much sense otherwise.

Kitty, do you have any sharing services in the hidden section in the Sharedaddy admin page?

    Hi,

Yes I have stumbleupon, reddit, digg and email in there. Print is the onyl one I dont’ have anywhere, I wonder if I put that in too whether it would show up?

    Thanks for your help

Adding print in makes no different. I am using a very old dodgy theme (doesn’t even allow widgets) so maybe that is why? If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks

Does your theme contain wp_head in header.php? If it’s old it may not contain this, which would explain your problem.

    Hi John,

I’m not very good with all this code stuff but I’ve gone into header.php and done ctrl F and it did find “wp_head”, so I think it does contain that yes. Thanks for your help!
