[Plugin: Shareaholic] Accent problems on a french website

    Thank you for your plugin.
    I have a problem focusing on a French site that I have a problem. Indeed, I have found that all the accents become “?”. It’s very annoying …

    Do you have a solution to this problem?

  • Hi @onita77 – We are aware of this problem, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll update as soon as we have this fixed! In the meantime, can you please post the url to a page where you see this happening? Thank you!

    Hi Onita – Great news! We have found the cause and fixed this bug, which means related content will no longer show the ?’s in the titles going forward.

    You may notice that your related content is still showing those ?’s. That’s because, in addition to fixing the cause of this bug, we also need to run a “job” to fix the sites that had the broken text. This should finish in a couple of days, and then everything should return to normal.

    If you notice that your site is still showing broken text in related content, feel free to follow-up with me, and I’ll look into it!
